- Do you offer discount codes/coupon codes?
- We are not offering any promotional discounts or coupon codes for our website at this time. Unfortunately, we have no information regarding when new coupon codes will be available. Please disregard any old codes as they are not active. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to be the first to know about any new or upcoming promotions. We also offer products on sale when they are being discontinued at a discounted rate. Please see these items here.
- Do you take custom orders?
- At this time, we are unable to make any custom items. We offer a wide variety of items in an assortment of colors, styles and sizes. We hope you may find a suitable design from our available collections.
- What does it mean if an item is pre-sale?
- A pre-sale item is an item we currently do not have in stock. However, you may purchase this item to have it shipped out the estimated week that is shown on the listing. Due to reasons outside of our control, we are unable to provide an exact date for shipment of pre-sale items. We will automatically send you an email with the tracking information once the package is ready and has shipped from our facility. Ground service can take 5-7 business days for delivery (items ship from our Florida distribution center).
